Sourdough Baking Classes
Starter included · Hands-on 2 hours · Small group (7 people)
I'm starting hands-on sourdough bread-making classes because baking can be wonderfully simple, and surprisingly tricky. I get a lot of questions and I’m happy to share what I know and debunk the myths, so sourdough baking becomes fun, approachable, and genuinely entertaining. In class we won’t just list steps; we’ll connect them to the science and biology of fermentation so everything makes sense. With that understanding, you’ll be able to adapt and modify any recipe at home with confidence. Let’s turn a winter night into something warm and delicious-bring a friend, make it a night out, or share it as a gift.
